HEP1 Homogenizing Emulsion Pump is a single-stage, two-chamber pump. Our company integrates advanced domestic and international technology with multi-purpose mixing and emulsifying equipment manufacturing. The pump cavity is equipped with a set of double-chamber stators and rotors. The materials of the rotating stator and the pump cavity are treated with heat treatment and forging to eliminate internal stresses, enhancing material hardness and toughness. The pump's drive shaft is made of high-strength composite materials, and the contact parts with the material typically use materials such as 304, 316L, and 904. The pump shaft is supported by a dual-bearing support in the bearing housing, ensuring high transmission efficiency and effective control of shaft vibration. This series' manufacturing technology and functional features are a high-efficiency unit integrating emulsification, homogenization, dispersion, mixing, crushing, refinement, dissolution, and depolymerization. The main working components consist of the pump cavity, rotor, stator, and bearing housing. The rapid rotation of the rotor generates centrifugal force, and after matching with the stator, it undergoes rapid shearing, impact crushing, centrifugal dispersion, liquid layer mixing, and turbulent comprehensive processing operations, uniformly emulsifying, finely dispersing various solid, liquid, and gas phases in the medium instantly, achieving ideal particle size and distribution for high-quality processing requirements. Compared to traditional equipment, the HEP1 Homogenizing Emulsion Pump is more simplified, with higher production efficiency, superior product quality, and stability. The number of shearings increases from the original 2 to 4, and it can be easily completed. The pump is designed with a mechanical seal based on the customer's operating conditions and material characteristics. The standard configuration includes water-cooled double-face balanced mechanical seals, integrated mechanical seals, and optional pressure-maintenance circulating cooling leak-free mechanical seals.
