详情描述
Product Overview
The cam-type rotor pump for machine seal circulation cooling and pressure maintenance system is primarily used in operating conditions with high requirements for pump sealing. The machine seal system equipped with this pump achieves cooling, pressure balance, and pressure loss alarm. System pressure and coolant temperature data are transmitted in real-time, allowing users to monitor the machine seal operation status. This pump is commonly used for transferring toxic and harmful materials.
Product Description
A cam rotor pump is a positive displacement pump featuring a pair of cams rotating in sync in opposite directions within its pump chamber. Our company has always been committed to integrating technology development with practical applications, continuously upgrading and refining our products. Based on years of research and experience, we have determined a series of rotor pumps suitable for various operating conditions, including chemical, food, and general-purpose types. Depending on the operating conditions and the medium being conveyed, the product utilizes corresponding configurations, ensuring the cam rotor pump operates stably, efficiently, and safely across a wide range of applications. We provide fluid conveyance solutions that meet the actual operating requirements of our customers.
Working Principle
The cam rotor pump features multiple chambers formed by two rotors and the pump housing. As the two rotors rotate synchronously in opposite directions, these chambers cyclically expand and contract to transport fluids. The mechanical energy input to the pump's main shaft is converted into kinetic energy of the fluid being transported. The flow rate of the pump depends on the volume of the working chamber and its frequency of change per unit time, and is theoretically unrelated to the discharge pressure. Under the drive of the transmission shaft, two rotors (with 1-8 blades) rotate synchronously in opposite directions. During rotation, they create suction (vacuum) at the inlet as the volume increases. Afterward, the two rotors and the pump housing form a fixed volume chamber. As the volume at the pump's outlet decreases, the material is discharged, resulting in high vacuum and transport pressure.
