Fluoromesh needle felt is a high-efficiency filtration material with a three-dimensional porous structure, made by blending and needle-punched two or more high-temperature-resistant fibers. Its advantages lie in the fact that it is mainly produced by blending and needle-punched glass fiber, aramid fiber, and P84 fiber. It features high-temperature resistance, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, low wear, and foldability. After different surface chemical treatments and finishing techniques, it is easy to clean, resistant to water and oil. Compared to glass fiber needle felt, it exhibits improved resistance to wear, foldability, and delamination properties, capable of handling high air volume and high concentration dust collection. It also boasts high elongation resistance to synthetic fibers and is more cost-effective than other high-temperature-resistant filter materials.
