Electromagnetic Pulse Valve

Electromagnetic pulse valves are the actuator and key component of pulse-jet dedusting devices, mainly divided into three types: right-angle, submerged, and direct-through. They act as the "on/off" switch for the compressed air in the pulse-jet cleaning system of pulse bag dust collectors. Controlled by the output signal of the pulse valve jet control instrument, one end of the pulse valve is connected to the compressed air package, and the other end to the jet pipe. The pulse valve's back pressure chamber is connected to the control valve, with the pulse control instrument regulating both the control valve and the opening of the pulse valve. When the control instrument has no signal output, the exhaust port of the control valve is closed, and the pulse valve jet remains in a closed state. When the control instrument sends a signal, the exhaust port is opened, the gas in the back pressure chamber of the pulse valve is released, pressure drops, and a pressure difference is created on both sides of the diaphragm. The diaphragm moves due to the pressure difference, causing the pulse valve jet to open. At this point, compressed air is ejected through the pulse valve and the jet pipe orifice (the gas ejected from the jet pipe is the primary air). Pulse valve lifespan: under conditions of standard installation, correct usage, and reasonable maintenance, the pulse valve can be used for five years.
