详情描述
Counter-current closed-loop cooling tower, named due to the opposite direction of the refrigerant and heat medium, with spray water flowing from top to bottom and air moving from bottom to top at high speed. It is mainly composed of heat exchange coils, spray water system, exhaust system, and framework shell. Its features are as follows:

1. The system has low resistance, thanks to the full surface of heat exchange pipes in the cross-section, which allows for a larger flow area and reduced resistance. This helps to minimize pressure loss in the system and decrease the circulation pump head.

2. Simple structure with minimal maintenance requirements. Operationally, it features a wind system, a water system (comprising an internal circulation and a sprinkler system), and an electrical control system, differing only in these aspects.

3. Non-scaling – This is not only a feature of the reverse osmosis closed-loop cooling tower, but also a major advantage of closed-loop cooling towers. As the circulating fluid is completely enclosed and circulated for cooling, it only reduces temperature without evaporation, eliminating scaling possibilities. This ensures the purity, singularity, and stability of the circulating medium. It can not only cool circulating water and refrigerants but also cool any fluid medium.
4. Stable operation; due to the cooling effect of the counterflow closed-loop cooling tower, it is directly related to the airflow and spray water, which are determined during design and manufacturing and will not change. Additionally, factors affecting performance include the internal fluid temperature and ambient wet bulb temperature. Fluid temperature is directly influenced by the production process and remains stable as long as production is normal. The wet bulb temperature, which represents the atmospheric conditions of the operating environment, does not fluctuate as much as the dry bulb temperature. Therefore, the operation of the closed-loop cooling tower is more stable and reliable.

5. Save on land costs with a counter-current closed-loop cooling tower. Compared to an open-loop cooling tower, it does not require the construction of a large water pool, thus saving a significant amount of land costs. It also facilitates the overall layout of the factory and reduces the construction costs for the water pool while eliminating the possibility of leaks.
6. Strategically designed, counterflow closed-loop cooling towers, which can be placed adjacent to factory buildings, along road edges, or even mounted on rooftops, without occupying any land.
