Actuators are used in various large-scale water supply and drainage, as well as hydroelectric and water conservancy projects. They are designed to control the lifting and lowering of various large and medium-sized cast iron and steel gates, achieving the purpose of opening and closing.

Screw Drive Gate Operators: Utilizing spiral screw drive for vertical or rotational motion control, these operators can manage the opening and closing of gates, weirs, and valves, etc., thereby enabling the operation of valves or gates. The design is compact and rational, offering high opening and closing forces, a full range of series, and is widely used in waterworks, wastewater treatment plants, and various water supply and drainage projects. They are also employed in hydropower and hydroelectric projects for the lifting and regulating of gates, weirs, and sludge valves, etc.

Manual (handwheel, hand-crank) and electric (hand-electric dual) control types are available. Using a spiral screw drive, it can control the vertical movement (such as sluice gates, weir gates, gate valves) or rotational movement (such as butterfly valves, rotating weir gates) of the actuators, thereby achieving the opening and closing of valves or gates. The mechanism is compact and rational, with high lifting force, a complete series, and is widely used in waterworks, sewage treatment plants, various water supply and drainage projects, and hydraulic and hydroelectric projects for the lifting and adjustment of gates, weir gates, sludge valves, and other equipment.

Operation Procedure for Dual-Use Flashlight Switching Mechanism

1. Inspect the dual-use handlamp switchgear power distribution equipment's operational status. Close the main power switch of the switchgear, and upon power outage, immediately activate the backup power source and perform the power switch as required.

2. Check for phase loss in the three-phase power supply and ensure the voltage meets the requirements.

3. Check the power switch inside the control box, verify the power indicator, and sequentially open and close the gates in the direction indicated.

4. In case of issues such as dual-purpose flashlight door card jamming, heavy opening and closing, overloading of the opening and closing machine, stalling, or abnormal noises from the gate or opening and closing machine, it is imperative to stop immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.

5. In case of brake slippage upon stopping at a certain height, emergency measures should be taken to force the brake.

6. During the operation of the two-way electric switch machine, add oil by tightening the oil level on the lubrication parts such as the bearing sleeve and bushing every time the lifting height exceeds 20 meters.

7. In case of an unexpected stop, first disconnect the power, identify the cause, rectify the fault, and then resume operation.

8. When the gate is in the open position, do not adjust the braking equipment or tighten the fixing screws.
