◆ Self-Regulating Steam Pressure Reducing Valve Overview:
Self-contained steam pressure regulating valves require no external energy and utilize the energy of the controlled medium as the power source. By introducing an actuator to control the valve core position, the flow area can be changed, thereby adjusting the flow rate. This feature stabilizes the pressure before or after the valve to the set value, characterized by its sensitive operation and minimal pressure fluctuations.
Self-contained steam pressure regulating valves are divided into B-type pressure regulating valves for pressure reduction after the valve and K-type pressure regulating valves for pressure reduction before the valve. The pressure segment range is 15~3000Kpa, equipped with different detection and actuating mechanisms, widely used in the automatic control of pressure reduction and stabilization in steam pipeline equipment.

Self-contained steam pressure regulating valveInstallation Precautions:
1. Do not directly attach the support to the valve or actuator.
2. If a bypass pipe is installed, the bypass pipe must be connected downstream of the pressure tapping point after the valve, and a stop valve should be installed on the bypass pipe.
3. No instruments (such as self-contained temperature control valves or stop valves) may be installed on the piping section between the self-contained steam pressure reducing valve and the pressure tapping point.
4. After the self-supporting steam reducing valve, it is recommended to maintain a certain length of straight pipe section.
