◆Nitrogen Relief Valve (Nitrogen Relief Device)Working Principle:
When the liquid outlet valve of the tank is opened and the user is discharging the material, the liquid level drops, the volume of the gas phase increases, the nitrogen pressure inside the tank decreases, the nitrogen supply valve opens, and nitrogen is injected into the tank. As the tank pressure rises, the nitrogen supply valve closes automatically when the tank pressure reaches the set pressure of the nitrogen supply valve.
When the liquid valve of the tank is opened and material is added to the tank, the liquid level rises, the volume of the gas phase decreases, and the pressure increases. Once the pressure exceeds the set value of the nitrogen vent valve, the valve opens to release nitrogen to the outside, reducing the nitrogen pressure inside the tank. The nitrogen vent valve automatically closes when the pressure drops to the set value.
