What is Aquaculture Microfiltration Machine

The aquaculture microfiltration machine uses a rotating drum for filtration. The drum is lined with a dense 316L stainless steel mesh. The drum is driven by a motor via gears. Outside the microfiltration machine housing, there is a pump. Clean water filtered through the stainless steel mesh is pumped out, causing the water level inside the machine to drop due to debris clogging the mesh. When the water level reaches a certain point, the level sensor triggers, starting the high-pressure cleaning pump and motor. The drum rotates under the motor's power, while a row of nozzles above the drum blast high-pressure water mist onto the mesh. The debris attached to the inside of the mesh is washed into a debris collection槽 within the drum, and then flows out through a drain pipe. This process effectively separates solid particles from the water.
