Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment Process Overview: Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment, widely applicable across industries such as oil, chemical, dyeing, papermaking, oil refining, leather, steel, machinery processing, starch, and food processing. High efficiency, low land occupation. I. Usage Degradates water contaminants such as COD, BOD, and ammonia nitrogen, and also serves as a secondary treatment after physical-chemical processing units, thereby purifying the water body and protecting the ecological environment. II. Features High capacity, high efficiency, and low land occupation. 2. The process and equipment construction are simple, easy to use and maintain. 3. Eliminates sludge expansion. 4. Strong decomposition capability, easy to cultivate activated sludge, high sludge concentration. 5. Utilizing advanced A/A/O and A/A/O/O processes, equipped with a PLC full-automatic control system, truly achieving full automatic operation. III. Installation, Debugging, and Precautions (1) Installation 1. Prior to equipment installation, the foundation must be well-compacted. Elevate it using concrete mortar by 100-150mm. An overhead installation is also an option, but the foundation must be capable of supporting the weight of the equipment during operation. 2. Equipment must be leveled after it is in place. 3. The equipment must be equipped with a cleaning drain, which can either be an open channel or directly connected to a regulating pond via pipes for the purpose of draining the water from the air flotation pond. 4. The connection pipeline between the wastewater inlet and the reaction pond should be as short as possible to prevent the destruction of flocs within the pipeline. 5. Clear water discharge can be connected to the sewer, and if it needs to proceed to the next treatment process, it can be directly connected to the downstream treatment equipment. 6. Sludge export is available to sludge pits or treatment equipment. 7. Electrical boxes should generally be placed on the side of the escalator, with a clean and hygienic environment. (Two), Tuning: Preparation should be made before the equipment debugging, including: 1. Clean all debris and trash from the pool. 2. Lubricate the parts of pumps and fans requiring lubrication. 3. Power on the unit, start the pump, and check if the direction of rotation matches the arrow indicator. Manually initiate the air compressor, and verify its proper operation; if any anomalies are detected, promptly investigate the cause. B. Pilot Run 1. Prior to using the wastewater treatment equipment, ensure that valves are in the correct positions—open for those that should be, closed for those that should be—and check for any leaks or blockages in the piping. Verify that mechanical and electrical components are functioning properly and that motor insulation is in good condition. Confirm that the lubrication systems for all mechanical transmission areas meet the required standards. 2. The system's main control component is a microprocessor, facilitating user management and operation. 3. Before starting the electromechanical equipment, first check if the system is live, then close the main power switch inside the control cabinet. After the system's self-check with power on is normal, proceed to the operating state. 4. When manually performing relevant process operations, click on the corresponding equipment name to manually start a specific device or manually cycle the start/stop of the equipment. For example: Clicking "Aeration Machine" allows for manual adjustment of the aeration time for a particular aeration machine, and to start or stop it. 5. During operation, the sewage lifting pump and filtration lifting pump are controlled by liquid level for start and stop. The aeration machine operates under automatic control for start, stop, and during operation, if abnormal phenomena such as tripping, arc burning, or failure to start are detected, immediately shut off the main circuit breaker and notify relevant personnel (electricians) to inspect or contact the equipment manufacturer. 6. The pond should be periodically cleaned of debris. It is recommended to remove floating oil or sludge from the grille water well once a week. 7. Sediment removal, determine the interval based on actual conditions (usually every 6 to 10 months). 8. The system typically does not require manual operation, but manual mode is used only after system debugging or equipment fault repair for a test run. Simply switch to "Manual" to individually start the required equipment.
