Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment Process Overview: Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment, widely applicable in industries such as oil, chemical, dyeing, papermaking, refining, leather, steel, machining, starch, and food processing. High efficiency, low land occupation. I. Usage Reduce COD, BOD, ammonia nitrogen, and other substances in water, and also serve as a deep treatment after the physical-chemical treatment unit, purifying the water body and protecting the ecological environment. II. Features 1. High processing capacity, efficiency, and low land usage. 2. The process and equipment structure are simple, easy to use and maintain. 3. Eliminates sludge expansion. 4. High decomposition capability, easy to cultivate active sludge, with a high sludge concentration. 5. Employing state-of-the-art A/A/O and A/A/O/O processes, equipped with a PLC full-automatic control system, achieving truly full automatic operation. 3. Installation, Calibration, and Precautions (1) Installation 1. Prior to equipment installation, the foundation must be well-compacted. Elevate it using concrete mortar pads by 100-150MM. An overhead installation is also possible, but the foundation must be capable of supporting the weight of the equipment during operation. 2. Equipment must be leveled after positioning. 3. The equipment must have a drainage system for cleaning, which can either be an open channel or directly connected to a regulating pond via pipes for the purpose of draining the water from the flotation pond. 4. The connection pipeline between the wastewater inlet and the reaction pond should be as short as possible to prevent絮凝体 from being destroyed in the pipeline. 5. Clear water discharge can be connected to the drain, and if further processing is required, it can be directly connected to the subsequent processing equipment. 6. Sludge exports can be connected to sludge pits or sludge treatment equipment. 7. Electrical cabinets should generally be placed on the side of the escalator, with a clean and hygienic environment. (Two), Tuning: A. Prior to equipment debugging, the following preparations should be made: 1. Clean out all debris and trash from the pool. 2. Apply lubrication oil to the parts requiring lubrication, such as pumps and fans. 3. Power on, start the pump, and check if the direction of rotation matches the arrow indicator. Manually start the air compressor and inspect its operation for normalcy. In case of any anomalies, promptly investigate the cause. B. Pilot Run Before using the wastewater treatment equipment, ensure that the valves are properly set: normally open valves are open and normally closed valves are closed. Check for any leaks or blockages in the pipelines, as well as the normal operation of the mechanical and electrical components and motor insulation. Verify that the lubrication systems of all mechanical transmission parts meet the requirements. 2. The system's main control component is a microprocessor, facilitating user management and operation. 3. Before turning on the mechanical and electrical equipment, first check if the system is energized, then close the main power switch inside the control cabinet. After the system's self-check is normal with power on, it will enter the working state. 4. When manually performing relevant process operations, click on the corresponding equipment name to manually start a specific device or manually switch between starting and stopping the equipment. For example: Click on "Aeration Machine" to manually adjust the aeration time of a specific aeration machine, or to start or stop it. 5. During operation, the sewage lifting pump and filtration lifting pump are controlled by liquid level for start and stop. The aeration machine operates under automatic start and stop control. If abnormal phenomena such as tripping, arc burning, or failure to start are detected during startup, operation, immediately shut off the main switch, notify relevant personnel (electrician) for inspection, or notify the equipment manufacturer. 6. Pools should be periodically cleaned of debris, and it is recommended to skim the floating oil or sludge from the grid water intake well once a week. 7. Dredging and sediment removal, determine the interval based on actual conditions (usually every 6-10 months). 8. The system typically does not require manual operation. Manual operation is only used after system debugging or equipment repair for trial runs. Simply switch to "Manual" to individually start the required equipment.
