The equipment shell is made of carbon steel, and internal aeration is achieved through blowing air, which allows for thorough mixing of wastewater with active sludge and dissolved oxygen, significantly enhancing oxygen transfer efficiency and the biochemical activity of sludge. Each reaction chamber is equipped with a recycle system, which can independently adjust the recycle flow rate based on changes in water quality to ensure excellent effluent quality. The recycle system can return a small amount of sludge generated during the treatment process to the sedimentation and adjustment pond, where it undergoes denitrification through anaerobic digestion. Once the sludge accumulates to a certain quantity in the collection water adjustment pond, it can be removed and treated using a sanitation septic tank cleaning vehicle, saving on investment and costs for sludge treatment equipment. Processing Technology The wastewater treatment equipment of our vegetable processing plant utilizes the A-O process for treating wastewater. Its advantages include not only the degradation of organic pollutants but also the function of denitrification and phosphorus removal. The A/O process connects the anoxic section at the front with the aerobic section at the back. In the anoxic section, heterotrophic bacteria hydrolyze suspended pollutants like starch, fibers, and carbohydrates, as well as soluble organic matter into organic acids, breaking down macromolecular organic matter into smaller molecules and converting insoluble organic matter into soluble forms. When these hydrolyzed products enter the aerobic pool for aerobic treatment, it enhances the biodegradability of the wastewater and the efficiency of oxygen utilization. In the anoxic section, heterotrophic bacteria ammonia-fractionate pollutants like proteins and fats, releasing ammonia. Under sufficient oxygen supply, the nitrification process of autotrophic bacteria converts NH3-N into nitrate, which is then returned to the A pool through recycle control. In the anoxic conditions, the denitrification process of heterotrophic bacteria converts NO3- back into molecular nitrogen, completing the C, N, and O cycle in the ecosystem and achieving harmless treatment of wastewater.
