Maintenance Procedure

1. Initial inspection

• Visual inspectionInspect the drive for any visible damage, such as cracks or burns. Also, check the control panel for any abnormal displays, such as error codes or indicator lights.

• Power inspectionCheck if the power cord is making good contact, whether the power voltage is within the normal range, and if the power filter is functioning properly.

• PCB InspectionInspect the circuit board for any visible physical damage, such as open circuits or short circuits. Also, check that the electronic components (like resistors, capacitors, etc.) on the board are functioning properly.

• Functionality TestPerform functional tests as needed to identify the specific failure points of the driver.

• Based on the results of preliminary and in-depth inspections, locate the fault point.

• Repair or replace faulty components, such as damaged circuit boards, electronic parts, etc.

• After completing the repair, debug and test the drive to ensure it operates normally and meets application requirements.

• Adjust the driver's parameter settings to optimize its performance.

• After debugging and testing, inspect the driver to ensure it is free of malfunctions and operates stably.

• Deliver the repaired drive to the customer and provide the necessary repair report and usage recommendations.
