Main equipment performance and material usage:

This machine features automatic box dropping, film placement, filling, sealing, and box ejection, with a high level of automation.

2 Electrically controlled template movement, sealing and placement of film are all pneumatic, with the entire machine's operation controlled by a PLC.

The machine features dual-sealing with adjustable sealing temperature, ensuring both aesthetic and sturdy closures.

The pneumatic components of this machine are from Taiwan Airtac, while the main electrical components such as PLC, photoelectric eyes, relays, and temperature controllers are sourced from high-quality products from Japan, France, and Taiwan, among other countries.

The cabinet of this machine is made of angle iron with electrostatic painting, the machine casing is made of 304 stainless steel, and the moving mold is made of acid-resistant aluminum.
