Primary Application:

Broadly applicable for bag-in-box filling and sealing of materials such as wine, edible oils, juices, additives, milk, syrups, alcoholic beverages, and concentrated seasonings.

Equipment Composition:

This unit is composed of five major systems: a stainless steel frame, a computerized automatic control system, an electrical system, an automatic quantitative filling and capping system, and conveyor rollers.

Equipped with an automatic sealing function, filling and sealing are completed in the same station, for easy use.

Automatically completes the processes of lifting the cap, vacuuming, quantitative filling, and capping on the same card slot, overcoming the challenge of not being able to move the soft bag before capping after filling.

Due to the special packaging conditions within the soft bags, a special card slot is added to secure the bag opening. Filling and sealing processes, as well as all actions, are completed at the card slot station on the bag opening, completely unaffected by the bag's softness or hardness.

An optional nitrogen filling system can be installed according to customer requirements.

Note: Customers should provide their own feed pump and air compressor for this equipment.

Operation Process:

Manual bagging to card position → Activate switch → Automated arm removes cap → Automated quantitative filling → Automated sealing → Manual bag removal → Manual boxing
