Automated filling suitable for a wide range of common liquids, highly oxidizing, strongly acidic or alkaline, and highly corrosive liquids. Filling materials include oils, alcohols, benzene-containing liquids, hydrogen peroxide, detergents, and other liquids.

Performance Features:

Utilize magnetic gear pumps for material transfer, suitable for dispensing liquids with high viscosity.

The gear pump head is driven by magnetic force, with no shaft connection between the pump head and the motor. There's no need to worry about shaft seal damage and leakage, or the motor being burned out due to excessive pump load.

Pump heads and motors are imported from Japan, while other components are manufactured in Taiwan, ensuring stable performance, reliability, and long service life.

High filling accuracy, with a precision of ±0.1ml for 10ml fillings.

Filling capacity adjustable from 2ml to 1000ml (small pump) and 50ml to 10000ml (large pump).

Fully functional, capable of manual, foot-operated intermittent filling, as well as automatic intermittent filling; intermittent time adjustable.
