Single-head weigh-bag filling machine

Main Application:

Broadly applicable for the bag-in-box filling and sealing of materials such as wine, edible oils, juices, additives, milk, syrups, alcoholic beverages, and concentrated seasonings.

Equipment Composition:

This unit is composed of five major systems: a stainless steel frame, a computerized automatic control system, an electrical system, an automatic quantitative filling and capping system, and conveyor rollers.

Automatically completes processes such as lid removal, vacuum extraction, quantitative filling, and sealing on the same card slot, overcoming the challenge of not being able to move the soft bag before sealing after filling.

Due to the special packaging conditions within the soft bags, a special card slot is added to secure the bag opening. The filling, sealing, and all operations are completed at the card slot position on the bag opening, completely unaffected by the bag's softness or hardness.

The nitrogen filling system can be added according to the customer's requirements.

Note: Customers should provide their own feed pump and air compressor for this equipment.

Operation Process:

Manual bagging into position → Turn on switch → Robot arm automatically removes cap → Automatic quantitative filling → Automatic sealing → Manual removal from bag → Manual boxing
