EDHZC--4H Multi-Pulse Cable Fault Testing System (Portable) integrates distance measurement, tracing, positioning, and impulse high-voltage generator into a comprehensive cable fault location device that is easy to move, transport, and perform on-site testing. It can test high-resistance flashover faults in cables, grounding faults with both high and low resistances, short circuits, and cable breaks, as well as poor contacts. With the addition of an acoustic location instrument, it can accurately determine the fault location. It is used for distance measurement, tracing, burial depth detection, and fault location of various types of buried cables, overhead cables, power cables, local telephone cables, communication cables, and optical fibers. The Multi-Pulse Cable Fault Testing Instrument represents the high level of cable fault testing in China and its technology has reached international standards, holding a prominent position domestically and significantly surpassing other types of cable fault testing equipment. The EDHZC--4H Multi-Pulse Cable Fault Testing System is another cable fault location device meticulously developed by Hubei Electric based on the secondary pulse cable fault testing sampling technology. Multiple ranging methods:
Low-pressure pulse method: Suitable for distance measurement in low-resistance, short-circuit, and open-circuit faults, also applicable to the measurement of the entire cable length, intermediate joints, T-joints, and terminal heads, as well as for wave velocity calibration.
Pulse Current Method: Suitable for distance measurement of high-resistance and flashover faults. Signals are collected from the test ground wire using a current coupler, ensuring complete isolation from the high-voltage section for safety and reliability.
Multiple-pulse method: A world-renowned distance measurement technique, an improvement over the two-pulse method. Waveforms are clear and easily identifiable, offering high precision in distance measurement.
200MHz real-time sampling:
Domestic counterparts offer high sampling frequencies, aligning with international high standards.
Offer a range resolution of 0.4m high, with a small measurement blind spot, particularly effective for near-end faults and short cables.
Touch operation and mechanical button operation
Touch-sensitive buttons for more flexible operation, featuring gesture control.
