Fire damper

A fire damper is a temperature control device made of a shape-memory alloy, which closes by the force of gravity and the action of a spring mechanism. The new products also feature the use of shape-memory alloys to deform and close the valve.

Its function is: when the smoke temperature reaches 280°C, the majority of people have been evacuated, and there is no practical significance in exhaust ventilation. At this point, the smoke is already on fire, and the valve automatically closes to prevent the fire from spreading.

Fire dampers can be categorized by their functions into various types, including smoke exhaust dampers, smoke and fire dampers, fire regulating dampers, and smoke and fire regulating dampers, among others.

Duct smoke valve

Smoke exhaust valves are installed on the pipelines of smoke exhaust systems in high-rise and underground buildings. Their basic functions include: temperature (smoke) electrical signal linkage, simultaneous operation of the smoke exhaust fans; manual opening of the valve, simultaneous start of the smoke exhaust fans; outputting the valve opening signal.

Smoke and fire damper

The smoke and fire dampers are installed on the exhaust and fire-resistant exhaust system pipes (mounted on the pipes at the intake of the exhaust fan), with their basic functions including those of the exhaust valves, plus the ability to fuse and close the dampers when the exhaust temperature exceeds 280°C, simultaneously shutting down the exhaust fan.

Fire Control Valve

Fire dampers are installed on ventilation and air conditioning system pipes that require fire prevention (to prevent the spread of fire along the ducts). Their functions include: the temperature fuse melts at 70℃ to close the valve; output a valve closure signal, stopping the ventilation and air conditioning system fan; and infinitely adjust the air volume.

Smoke and fire control valve

The smoke and fire prevention control valve is installed on ventilation and air conditioning system pipes with smoke and fire prevention requirements (to prevent the spread of smoke and fire). Its functions include: smoke (temperature) sensor electric signal triggers the valve to close and stops the ventilation and air conditioning system fan; manual closure of the valve and fan shutdown; the temperature fuse breaks at 70℃ to close the valve; outputs the valve closure signal; adjustable air volume in five equal steps by 90° increments.
