Applicable Scope

This series of machines is suitable for various heavy-duty workpieces, featuring surface shot blasting treatments such as pear ground finishing (shot blasting) on mold surfaces, mold etching, and matte finishing. It is designed for shot blasting to remove rust, oxidation scale, and roughness from heavy-duty workpieces. The machines in this series are easy to operate, allowing for loading and unloading via a track trolley, which is labor-saving and offers high processing efficiency. They can be customized to include manual or automatic turntables, with adjustable diameter and load capacity as required.

The machines apply to all kinds of heavy workpiece surface piating, such as all kinds of mould surface pear to processing (sandblasting), mold textured and fog face treatment. The operation is convenient, can use rail cart on unloading, saving, processing efficiency.
