Sandblasting Main Unit (Sterling model): Made of 3mm thick cold-rolled steel plate welded together, the interior compartment lined with 3mm thick black sandblasting rubber sheet; entire surface painted; dimensions approximately: 1500*1500*2400mm; sandblasting gun swing motor is 0.4KW with adjustable speed. 2. Dust Collection and Recirculation Fan: Power: 7.5 Kw. 3. Dust Collection System (Sterling model): Uses filter tube dust collection method, with 4 filter tubes of size 350*660mm, each filter tube has a filtering area of 10 square meters; this equipment features automatic dust collection. 4. Sandblasting Gun Equipment (Sterling model): Equipped with 8 general pressure sandblasting guns, with nozzle material of boron carbide, nozzle diameter Φ8mm.
The spray gun operates through an automatic sandblasting method. The lighting system includes one LED explosion-proof light, 100 watts.
The workpiece rotation system: The trolley bracket is made of square channel and coated with paint, powered by a 0.4Kw motor for operation at a speed of 4m/min. The turntable is rotated by a 0.4Kw motor with adjustable speed. The control system (Sterling): Each motor's operating circuit is equipped with corresponding low-voltage circuit breakers and protective elements to ensure motor short-circuit and overload protection; the entire electrical equipment is encased in a grounded metal shell.
Control Requirements:
Touchscreen control for the start and stop of the spray gun.

On 1.3, maintain strict quality control during manufacturing by selecting high-quality materials and procuring components from renowned domestic and international enterprises, ensuring the finished product meets the highest standards.
Throughout the entire manufacturing process, we implement comprehensive quality tracking to ensure stability and reliability at every stage of production.
2. The warranty period is one year for equipment, excluding consumables; the warranty period begins from the date of the equipment's manufacture.
3. The technical training equipment has been installed and debugged, with supplier's technical staff providing training to the user's equipment operators and maintenance personnel until 1-3 operators of the user side have fully mastered the operation.
4. Post-sales service: After normal use, the supplier has dedicated after-sales staff to provide regular follow-up services for the equipment. In the event of issues during operation, the staff will offer phone and fax guidance for repair within 1 hour of receiving the warranty call. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, a repair person will arrive on-site within 48 hours.
5. Offer sandblasting operation standards and maintenance manuals, along with equipment operation manuals, electrical schematics, and bill of materials, etc.
