When the lower bin is bored, the low-level sensor rotates, providing an electrical signal to activate the timer relay, opening the solenoid valve, connecting the upper bin's air inlet valve, closing the upper bin's exhaust valve, lifting the upper bin's sealed valve, lowering the lower bin's sealed valve, allowing the abrasive material from the upper bin to flow into the lower bin. After a delay period (adjustable by the timer), it automatically disconnects, and upon the solenoid valve's disconnection, the upper bin's sealed valve lowers.

②As the feeding hopper's sealing valve descends, the pressure switch activates, energizing the high-level sensor; when the feeding hopper is empty, the level gauge rotates, triggering an electrical signal to activate the relay. Open the solenoid valve to activate the feeding valve. Once the hopper is full, the level sensor breaks the electrical signal, opening another solenoid valve to close the feeding valve. Through steps ① and ②, the sandblasting cylinder's feeding cylinder maintains a constant material supply, allowing continuous operation. During sandblasting, the operator presses the switch to open the solenoid valve and the intake valve. The nozzle is in an elevated state. To stop, the operator lifts the switch, which closes the solenoid valve and disconnects the intake and abrasive valves, ending the sandblasting operation.

2. Equipment Working Principle and Performance Features

1) Principle of Operation

When the raw material storage bin is empty, the low-level sensor rotates, at which point it provides a current signal to activate the time relay, opening the solenoid valve, connecting the intake valve of the upper storage bin, closing the exhaust valve of the upper storage bin, lifting the sealed valve of the upper storage bin, lowering the sealed valve of the lower storage bin, allowing the abrasive from the upper storage bin to enter the lower storage bin. After a delay period (adjustable by the timer), it automatically disconnects. Upon the solenoid valve's disconnection, the intake valve of the upper storage bin closes, the exhaust valve opens, the sealed valve of the lower storage bin lifts, and the sealed valve of the upper storage bin lowers.

②As the feed hopper's sealed valve descends and the pressure switch activates, the high-level sensor is powered on; when the feed hopper is empty, the level sensor rotates, triggering a current signal and activating the relay.
