This set of equipment is a pipe automatic sandblasting machine, consisting of several parts: the sandblasting chamber, loading rack, rotating conveyor, gun movement and height adjustment, unloading rack, sand and dust separator, storage bin, dust collector, and control system. During the processing, the pipe moves and rotates simultaneously, and 32 mobile sandblasting guns are set up in the sandblasting area to achieve full coverage of the pipe exterior. The entire equipment is controlled automatically. To extend the maintenance cycle, a 10mm wear-resistant plate is installed at the inclined hopper inside the main unit; the sandblasting equipment utilizes an automatic recovery system, a quick recovery sand material device for the hoist, and an effective corner-free recovery system with a full-process monitoring to prevent drift, enhancing the stability of the sandblasting machine. The dust collector uses a specialized anti-clogging filter sleeve and an automatic pulse control instrument, adjusting the timing according to different industrial environments. This effectively extends the service life and meets environmental protection requirements. The anti-slip roller provided with this automatic sandblasting machine can quickly transport workpieces to the working chamber, with a service life of 3-5 years or more, ensuring stability during the sandblasting process for our customers.
