Principle Overview:

The interior of the sandblasting room forms an air flow layer from the top to the bottom of the room under the influence of wind. The abrasive material is jetted onto the workpiece surface by compressed air, cutting away the chips. Some of the abrasive chips break into dust, which is then carried down by the airflow, mixing with more abrasive material and rust particles. This mixture returns to the selection system via a honeycomb back-sanding floor. After sorting, reusable sand is returned to the storage bin and automatically added to the sandblasting system for recirculation based on demand. Dust and impurities that cannot be reused are transported to a dust collector for fine filtration. The dust settles in the waste bin and is recycled, while the filtered gas is released into the atmosphere or reused in the sandblasting room. The entire process is enclosed, with no dust escaping, ensuring safety and environmental protection.

Mechanical circulation sandblasting room complete set mainly consists of the sandblasting room body, lighting system, air-powered recovery floor, separator, sandblasting system, dust collector, fan, control system, workpiece conveying system, and operator protection system.

Mechanical circulating sandblasting room features:

★Environmental Protection: The fan is driven by electricity, ensuring cleanliness and pollution-free operation; sandblasting is conducted in a sealed environment, and the sand material is recycled through enclosed pipelines, preventing any leakage of sand or dust that could cause pollution around the area; dust is filtered through a core filter dust collector, with the emission concentration of the filtered gas exceeding national emission standards.

★Automatic Recirculation: The system utilizes air-powered floor recovery to achieve automatic recirculation of sand materials.

★ Dual-purpose fan: The wind produced by the fan not only meets the requirements for conveying sand materials but also serves the system's dust removal function.

★Automatic Sorting: The separator uses the principles of pneumodynamics to effectively sort sand, impurities, and dust, allowing reusable sand to return to the storage bin, while non-reusable dust and impurities are transported to the dust collector for refined filtration.

★ Filter Core Dust Removal: The system employs a filter core dust removal method.

★ Imported Filter Media: Made from imported long fibers, the raw material for filter cores offers a large filtration area, with each filter core having twice the filtration area of a standard filter core.

★Automatic Control: Automatic control for sand recovery, sorting, spray gun operation, dust removal, and sand blasting pot activities. The system features automatic fault alarms and prompts.

High Integration: The control system employs PLC + touch screen display, enabling automatic operation mode and manual control mode.

★High-Efficiency Cleaning: Equipped with a high-pressure dual-cylinder continuous sandblasting machine, each nozzle can clean up to 10 ~ 30 m2/h.

Compared to traditional shot blasting (bead) rooms, it boasts the following distinct features:

No need for deep excavation (or can skip the pit), low infrastructure costs, and a short construction period.

2. Equipped with sand-suction floor, no need for traditional conveyors, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, etc., thus avoiding wear, blockages, and other issues caused by sand and dust on conveyors, bearings, and motors during sand material transportation and lifting. This results in a low failure rate and minimal maintenance work.

3. Equipped with abrasive separation and sorting devices, the abrasive is automatically recycled, improving utilization rate and sandblasting cleaning efficiency.

4. The abrasive recycling separator and dust removal share a single fan, utilizing it for multiple purposes, which saves 30% of energy compared to traditional shot blasting rooms.

5. The sandblasting system allows multiple high-speed喷枪 to operate with a single sand pot, each gun can be controlled individually, offering high sandblasting efficiency, and the working pressure can be infinitely adjusted.

Dust and Sand Separation System

Material and dust are recovered from the honeycomb flooring, which must be sorted by a sand-dust separator to separate the sand from the dust before it can be recycled. The efficiency of the sand-dust separator directly affects the sandblasting performance of the sandblasting machine and the filtration performance of the dust collector.

The sand dust separator utilizes a two-stage air separator specifically designed for our shot blasting systems. The first stage is a unique cyclone inertial separator, followed by an airflow backblowing separator. It effectively sorts returned reusable sand, crushed sand, dust, scale, and other contaminants. The whole sand is returned to the shot blasting machine for continuous recycling, while the dust and fine sand are sent to a dust collector, filtered, and stored for periodic cleaning.

By adjusting the regulating mechanism on the dust separator, the diameter of the separated sand material can be regulated. Customized dust separators can achieve grading, segmentation (different particle sizes), and round selection of sand materials.
