1. Product Features

An oxygen/steam mixer is an efficient mixing device without moving parts, designed to blend steam and oxygen before entering the coal burner. The steam medium enters through nozzles and is mixed with the working medium oxygen within a mixing unit fixed inside the pipe, creating a cutting, shearing, rotating, and re-mixing action between the two media, achieving thorough dispersion and complete mixing. The unit is焊接 from a set of spiral blades twisted left and right in a single channel.

2. Material

Oxygen/steam mixers, due to the specific nature of the medium, are made of materials such as Inconel 825 and Inconel 600, which offer excellent resistance to corrosion by reducing, oxidizing, and nitriding mediums.
