The SQS series steam-water mixer is a new energy-saving and environmentally friendly product. It heats water by directly mixing steam with water, featuring low noise, no vibration, and high thermal efficiency. It is widely used in systems for domestic hot water, industrial hot water, and hot water deoxygenation. Long-term operation proves that this product performs well.

  

The mixer is primarily composed of components such as the nozzle, housing, and screen plate.

As heated water passes through a Laval nozzle, steam is ejected from the nozzle's outer side through numerous oblique small nozzles into the water, instantly mixing well with it in high-speed flow to achieve heating. Adjusting the steam-side valve allows for obtaining hot water at the desired temperature.

Table-Ⅰ and Table-Ⅱ respectively list the relationship between different heating temperatures and steam consumption under rated water flow rate and steam pressure of 0.4MPa for open and closed systems, for the user's reference when selecting heaters and verifying steam sources. (Note: The steam pressure of 0.4MPa may not necessarily be the operating condition of the heater.)
