I. Features and Applications

The Z series brush-type self-cleaning filter is suitable for wastewater treatment processes, slag water from steel mills, power plant processes and cooling water, papermaking operations and incoming water, chemical production processes, and irrigation systems. It is used to filter out hard particles of various sizes ranging from 3500 to 80 micrometers from the water, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the system.

II. Equipment Structure and Working Principle

The Z series brush-type self-cleaning filter elements utilize high-strength Johnson filter mesh, featuring large handling capacity, long service life, and high cleaning efficiency. The machine employs differential pressure control and timed control for automatic filter cleaning. When the pressure difference between the filter's inlet and outlet reaches the set value or the timer reaches the set time, the electric control box sends a signal to drive the motor, and at the same time, the drain valve opens. The impurities and particles adhered to the filter mesh are brushed off by the rotating steel bristles and are flushed out through the drain valve with the water flow. When the pressure difference between the filter's inlet and outlet returns to normal or the timer's set time ends, the motor stops running, and the electric drain valve closes. Throughout the process, the material flow is continuous, achieving continuous and automated production.
