I. Product Overview

This product is installed below the quick water seal cut-off valve of the gas cleaning facility, designed for removing condensate from the gas.

Section II: Structural Features

The product consists of a horizontal pipe (pipe diameter D) and two vertical short pipes forming a "U"-shaped water seal, with steel plates sealing both ends of the horizontal pipe; the bottom support of the horizontal pipe can be installed and fixed with a steel bracket.

This product features a drain port at the end of the horizontal pipe, sealed by a blind plate; users can replace it with a gate valve or a ball valve of the appropriate size as needed for draining.

At the start of using this product, first open the outlet pipe and fill with water until it overflows, then seal it.
