2PS Type Double Pipe Gas Pipeline Condensate Drainage Trap

I. Product Introduction

This product design includes two, three, and four-bedroom configurations, characterized by two connection ports; suitable for various gas pipelines with pressures below 15,000 Pa, 25,000 Pa, and 35,000 Pa, respectively. By appropriately altering the structure of the three-bedroom pipeline, condensation water in pipelines of two different pressures can be eliminated.

II. Structural Features

This drainage valve does not have a fixed water pipe; instead, it employs a method of regular water supply checks at the observation hole. During the initial filling operation, the 1" pipe cap on the top cover must be opened to expel air.

Insert steam pipes into the open room, determine whether external steam is needed based on weather conditions; use pipe caps to cover when steam pipes are not connected.
