This machine is applied in the decomposition, dissolution, dispersion, shearing, and emulsification processes of industrial sectors such as petrochemical, chemical, daily chemical, textile, and food industries. Operation Principle

Under the drive of the motor, the high-speed rotating rotor draws the material from the bottom of the container into the rotor area, where it undergoes intense mixing. The material is then forced through the precise clearance between the stator and the rotor, before being ejected from the stator holes.

Withstanding intense mechanical and hydraulic shearing forces, the particles are torn and crushed. Simultaneously, new material is drawn into the rotor center, while the ejected material changes direction along the container wall, thereby completing a cycle.

Performance Features

This unit is suitable for liquid-liquid and liquid-solid mixtures.

The machine comes in two types: one suitable for atmospheric pressure operating environments, with a small model that can be equipped with a foldable and extendable mobile stand, known as the SME-1□□ model.

A type suitable for high-pressure, sealing, or vacuum-packing applications, namely the SME-2□□ model.
