Product structure, operating principle

The structure of the gravity-free particle mixer is as shown in the figure. The motor drives two main shafts at a certain speed with equal speed in opposite directions through a reducer, chain, and sprocket.

The blades, rotating at a certain angle on the main shaft, throw a portion of the material into the entire container space, where it is momentarily subjected to mechanical action inside the machine.

Weightless state, widely interlaced to produce convection, diffusion and mixing, thus achieving uniform mixing in an extremely short time. When performing solid-liquid mixing, the liquid is supplied

Nozzles mounted at the top atomize the material. Dispersal rods are optional at the top of the cylinder to break up clumps.

1. Suitable for solid-to-solid (powder to powder) mixing, solid-to-liquid (powder to liquid) mixing, capable of drying operations, and also usable as a reaction equipment.

2. Mixing materials with significant differences in properties such as weight and particle size does not result in segregation but achieves excellent uniformity.

3. High mixing accuracy; solid-to-solid mixing with a 1:1000 ratio has a deviation of 0.003~0.008%.

4. The blending speed is fast, typically requiring only about 5 minutes for general powders to blend.

5. Low energy consumption, 1/4-1/10 of a general mixer.

6. Capable of enclosed operation, with smooth and reliable performance, and easy maintenance.

Order Instructions

1. If a jacketed mixer is required, please specify in the purchase order the technical parameters such as the medium inside the jacket, high working pressure, and high working temperature.

2. Standard models feature manual bottom dual discharge. If electric, pneumatic discharge or bottom large door discharge is required, please specify in the purchase contract.

3. If the contact part of the material requires stainless steel, please specify the stainless steel grade and surface polishing requirements in the purchase order.
