I. Overview

The L-S Series screw conveyors emerged with the advent of concrete mixing stations. Our factory's L-S Series screw conveyors are a result of absorbing technology from German and Italian imported machines.

Based on design and manufacturing, this machine offers flexible layout, can be moved freely without the need for foundation, and can be arranged horizontally or inclined for continuous conveying. The equipment boasts good sealing performance with no dust leakage. The bearings are made of new materials with self-lubricating and wear-resistant properties, thus requiring no oiling over extended periods of use.

II. Key Features

High-efficiency Material Transport: Equipped with a new suspended intermediate bearing frame, it increases the space for material transportation, reduces logistics resistance, and, with its small diameter, high speed, and variable pitch design, ensures smooth, rapid, and uniform feeding.

Random arrangement: The shell is made of seamless steel pipe, connected into an integral unit through flanges, capable of continuous conveying in both horizontal and steep inclines. It can be directly connected and fixed to matching equipment, without the need for a foundation, making full use of space, and is extremely convenient for movement and disassembly.

Diversified Connections: Feed and discharge ports can be connected using various methods, including flange connections, bag clamp connections, bag hanger connections, and swivel joint connections.

Reliable Sealing: Waterproof devices are installed at the joints of the shell tube, and the process holes have been meticulously improved to prevent clogging inside the tube due to rainwater seepage, thereby avoiding material blockages and machine stoppages.

No oil needed: The innovative intermediate bearing material used reduces friction, is wear-resistant, and self-lubricating, so no additional lubricating oil is required even after long-term use. This avoids any adverse effects on the sleeve and shaft caused by the mixture of oil and cement.

Specialized Gearbox: Our custom-made gearboxes are designed with advanced technology and offer numerous advantages, such as compact size, light weight, high torque, fast speed, oil-tightness, and no noise. They also feature a lock structure, making them perfectly suitable for high inclination angle thrust conveyors.
