Product Overview:

ISLAND 900CS is a water-based release agent, a long-chain acrylic modified polymer product with excellent release properties, as well as temperature and water resistance! It can be used as a release treatment agent for the backside of paper adhesive products, a water-repellent agent, and even as a release agent for some release papers! Mainly recommended for the back-coating treatment of kraft paper, positioning paper, masking tape, and washi paper!

Low coating weight, varies by base material; recommended coating weight is 2-3g/㎡ (dry adhesive amount)

Product Usage Recommendations:

The ISLAND 900CS can be operated using either single or multi-roller coating methods. If stored for an extended period, please stir before use.

If there is leftover material after on-site use, please place it separately. After confirming that the leftover material is fine, it can be mixed with the new goods for use.

The release agent's speed can be determined based on the oven length, with a recommended speed of 1-3 times the oven length.
