Original WACKER 850E Defoamer - Pulp Wastewater Treatment Filtration Aid

Wacker 850E defoamer is a high concentration, medium to low viscosity silicone defoamer emulsion with strong defoaming and antifoaming properties. It is used for defoaming in pulp and paper mills. The 850E exhibits significant instantaneous bubble bursting and excellent continuous defoaming capabilities. Adding it at a concentration of 0.01 - 1.00% before grinding or mixing yields good antifoaming effects. It can also be added afterward, but ensure thorough mixing.

Product Applications

PULPSIL® 850E is primarily used as a defoaming agent and a filtration aid, and can be employed at various stages of the production process.

PULPSIL® 850E is primarily used in pulping washing and screening sections, and can also be applied in bleaching and wastewater treatment.

Operation Process

This product can be used directly without dilution due to its inherent dispersibility as a cream formulation.

If PULPSIL® 850E requires pre-dilution, we recommend using cold water, with a dilution ratio of up to 3:1 (emulsion:water) or 1:1 at most.

Use the thinned milk within a short period.

Product Storage

The product label will indicate the best before date. Exceeding the storage time beyond the best before date on the label does not necessarily mean the product cannot be used anymore. However, in such cases, to ensure product quality, it is necessary to re-evaluate the relevant properties of the product.
