Tianjin Cable General Factory's Rubber and Plastic Cable Factory was originally the Third Plant of Tianjin Cable General Factory, established in 1972. It was a subordinate enterprise of the former Tianjin Cable General Factory and a member of Tianjin Tian Lian Xiao Mao Group Co., Ltd., serving as a coal mine flame-retardant cable production base and a northern coal mine cable production enterprise. The factory has been involved in infrastructure projects and modernization initiatives, and its products have been applied in key construction projects. The sales and service team, consisting of over 80 people, has a network spanning more than 20 provinces and municipalities across the country. Over the years of continuous development, the factory has evolved into a technology-driven, scientifically managed enterprise. It is one of the larger manufacturers of electrical cables. The factory has obtained the ISO9001 quality management system certification, the CCC mandatory product certification certificate in 2003, was recognized as a "Contract-Keeping and Credit-First Enterprise" in 2005, and its products passed the "Coal Mine Product Safety Mark Certificate" in 2006. The factory has passed the inspection of the "Coal Mining Machinery Quality Inspection Center." Located in the Bohai Rim economic circle, the factory boasts an advantageous geographical location and excellent transportation. It currently employs 485 people, including 13 senior engineers, 25 engineering technicians, and 180 professionals in various fields. The factory covers an area of 48,000 square meters with a building area of 31,000 square meters, fixed assets of 46 million yuan, and an annual production capacity of 320 million yuan. The factory's production equipment is advanced, manufacturing processes are refined, testing methods are comprehensive, and its technical strength is substantial. For over a decade, the factory has actively adopted international standards, providing customers at home and abroad with a full range of specifications and reliable high-quality products. The factory's products are widely used in power, metallurgy, petroleum, fire protection, chemical industries, infrastructure projects, and modernization initiatives. For many years, the factory has maintained stable product quality, enjoying great popularity among users. The factory has improved and strengthened its internal quality assurance system, passed the production license inspection, and obtained the ISO9001-2000 quality system certification, significantly enhancing the overall quality of the enterprise.
