UGEFP Tunnel Boring Machine Shielding Cable Features
The UGEFPP cable is composed of 3 insulated shielded main cores and 1 (or 3) ground wires.
The cable is then sheathed with a black chloroprene rubber jacket.
The cable features conductor shielding, insulation shielding, uniform electric field, and is safe and reliable.
The conductor can operate at temperatures up to 90°C, with the lowest environmental temperature for UGEFP cable at -15°C. The conducting cores are made of tin-plated soft copper wire, which meets the performance standards of GB3956—83.
Insulation: Utilizes ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM), meeting the specifications of GB7594.8-87 XJ-30A type.
Ground Wire: Conductor covered with semi-conductive rubber.
The cable is constructed with 3 main wires and 1 ground wire surrounding the semi-conductive rubber core in a clockwise direction. When there are 3 ground wires, they are placed between the main wire cores without increasing the cable's outer diameter.
The sleeve: The rubber sleeve meets the specifications of the XH-03A type rubber sleeve as per GB7594.7-87.
