Our commitment to high responsibility towards our clients is at the core of our business philosophy. Below is a brief introduction to our Da Gao motors in terms of product technology and quality:

The product design strictly adheres to the GB18613-2012 Energy Efficiency Grade Standard, ensuring that the motor's energy efficiency meets or exceeds the IE2 standard.

The company has implemented measures to reduce the five major losses: copper consumption, iron consumption, aluminum consumption, mechanical consumption, and scattered losses.

2. Reduce iron loss and stray loss: Use cold-rolled silicon steel sheets and apply shell removal treatment to cast aluminum rotors, controlling burrs.

3. Reduce Mechanical Wear: In the field of mechanical design, adjust the clearance between the core and the base, shaft, and reduce the deformation amount, and choose low-friction materials.

4. Reduce Aluminum Consumption: Choose high-purity aluminum from premium brand suppliers.

III. Reducing Motor Noise and Vibration:

1. The main processing size tolerance has been improved to a half-level higher.

The precision of the motor rotor dynamic balance has been improved from grade four (G6.3) to grade three (G2.5).

Section 4: Equipment and Process Assurance:

The stator and rotor stamping sheets are produced using high-precision fully automated high-speed stamping presses and composite molds, enhancing the quality of the stamping sheets.

2. Precision machining is performed using high-precision CNC lathes and grinding machines, with a single-direction cutting process ensuring concentricity and smoothness.

3. The stators for frame numbers 63-355 utilize advanced full-automatic winding, ensuring superior stator quality.

4. The stator varnishing process has been upgraded to a two-stage vacuum automatic varnishing and drying system, controlling the varnish viscosity and drying time to ensure the quality of the stator.

Five: Raw Material and Appearance Quality Assurance

1. The motor exterior is coated with TS821 water-based eco-friendly spray paint.

2. The temperature index for electromagnetic wire is elevated to a higher level; 180℃ temperature index.

3. Castings are made using the lost foam process, featuring a smooth surface and no pores.

The front and rear bearing specifications and sizes for the motors with center height 63-355 and seat number have been changed to the same large-sized bearings.
