GXL Series Intelligent Tensile Testing Machine

Suitable for materials and products in various industries such as textiles, rubber, plastics, synthetic leather, tapes, adhesives, plastic films, composite materials, electronics, and metals, this machine performs a variety of tests including tensile, compressive, bending, shearing, peel (90° and 180°), and tearing to assess product quality. It is a simple tension tester with a straightforward structure and easy operation, allowing it to be placed on a workbench for testing. The machine uses an electronic control system, where a variable speed motor is controlled by a speed controller, then passes through a gear mechanism to reduce speed and drive a screw, which in turn moves the load sensor up and down to conduct tensile or compressive tests on the sample. The force value is output by the sensor, fed back to the display, and the test displacement is shown in real-time. It can store the results of 10 test reference points, automatically calculate the average, and automatically capture the maximum value and the force value at break. The machine is easy to operate and is particularly suitable as a quality control instrument on production lines. This series is mainly used for testing non-metallic and metallic materials with loads below 2000N.Test Principle: The specimen is clamped between the two jaws of a fixture, which move relative to each other. Force and displacement changes during the test are captured by a force sensor on the moving jaw and the machine's built-in displacement sensor. This data is then used to calculate performance indicators such as tensile, tear, and deformation rates of the specimen.
