GXL-100 Series Intelligent Testing Machine - Drum Shell, PET Bottle Body Pressure Resistance Tester

Simple structure and easy operation, suitable for bench-top testing. It features an electronic control system that drives a variable-speed motor via a speed controller, which is then减速 through a mechanical transmission, to power the T-type screw and lift or lower the load sensor for sample testing. Force values are output by the sensor, fed back to the display, and the real-time displacement of the test is shown.

Store results from 10 test reference points, automatically calculate the average, capture the highest value, and the force value at break.

This machine features simple and convenient operation, particularly suitable for quality control instruments on production lines. The series is mainly used for non-metallic and metallic materials testing with a test load of less than 2000N.
