Mask Filtration Efficiency/Airflow Resistance Tester is suitable for testing the filtration efficiency of protective masks and various breathable materials/films, etc. It is widely used by equipment manufacturers, testing institutions, and research organizations.

This instrument is a combined product of the following two instruments; customers can purchase either one individually.

High-precision airflow pressure gauge

Equipped with an aerosol generator

All-stainless steel work surface, easy to clean. Rust-free, ensures cleanliness.

The testing mold is made of 304 stainless steel, which will not cause any other contamination and affect the measurement results.

Multiple sample fixtures for various test areas (optional)

Continuous aerosol particle generator, large capacity, rapid refilling (optional or self-purchased)

Test gas flow range adaptable to various testing standards (adjustable as required)

Test mold with integrated (mask air flow resistance/filter efficiency) testing function (standard configuration)

High-precision air flow and pressure regulators ensure the accuracy of test data.

No touch screen or computer is used due to the uncertainty in counting dust particles. Refer to the actual display of a dust particle counter for guidance.

Testing Items

NaCl particle filter efficiency/air particle filtration

Distribute NaCl particles according to standard flow and concentration requirements, and detect the remaining NaCl particle content in the filtered gas sample.

Oil particle filter efficiency

Perform exhalation and inhalation resistance tests, measure air flow pressure, calculate pressure differences (mask air flow resistance), etc. (Optional)
