Application and Principle:

GXTM-4 Internal Coating Integrity TesterUsed for testing the integrity of the internal coating inside cans (density of internal coating, electrical value). Incomplete internal coating can lead to corrosion of the contents, affecting product quality and storage. The internal coating integrity tester is a standard for evaluating can quality in the can-making industry. With a can lid fixing device and vacuum equipment, it can also measure the integrity of the internal coating inside the "can lid." Widely used in industries such as food, beverages, milk powder, soft drinks, can making, coatings, etc.

The testing principle involves applying voltage to the inside and outside of a container filled with electrolyte, measuring the current value. If the internal coating is incomplete (either not dense or damaged), the current value will be high. Any value exceeding 30mA is considered不合格, and the coating defects will also exhibit small bubbles.

Voltage measurement: 6.3V, measurement range: 0-500mA, graduation: 0.01mA, accuracy: 1%

Configuration: The tank coating integrity tester includes: main display controller, tank body clamp, and 6.3 mA standard test resistor.

To measure the integrity of the coating on the "can lid," the following accessories are required: can lid fixing device; vacuum equipment.

Test fixtures for large diameters; standard bracket fixtures are suitable for circular-oval and other shapes.
