GX-CLT-100 Can Leak TesterUsed for testing whether 3-piece cans are leakproof, capable of measuring 1 round can per test. Also suitable for detecting other leaks.

Testing Method:Tighten and seal the opening of the sample can with a pressure plate, then immerse the can in a water bath. Apply a certain test internal pressure to the can and observe if bubbles form on the exterior wall and welds; continuous bubble formation indicates a leak in the can. Cans of different diameters and heights can be measured.

With a simple twist of the control handle, the pneumatic lift mechanism quickly and automatically immerses and raises the sample tank to the water surface.

Under inflated and pressurized conditions, the sample drum can be rotated 360 degrees, making it easy to observe the top, bottom, and side seams of the drum.
