GX-CLT-100 Airtightness Bath Tester for Aerosol Cans (Spray Can Leak Tester)An essential instrument for aerosol can manufacturers, research institutions, and testing agencies; it inflates and pressurizes spray cans in a water tank to detect leaks. Bubbles will be observed if there are leaks. The pressure is measured at approximately 0.8 to 1.0 Mpa. Up to 1-12 products can be tested simultaneously (optional).

Product Features

The aerosol cans utilize a free-float method, unaffected by any additional clamping force.

2- Utilize a quick mechanical clamping mechanism for sample cans, clamping and unclamping the cans takes only 1 second.

3- Universal fixtures are not restricted by spray can diameter

4- Simply turn the control handle, and the pneumatic lifting mechanism quickly and automatically immerses and raises the spray can to the water surface.

5- The top, bottom, and side seams of the can are easy to inspect.

7 - The sample drum can rotate freely under pressure to observe product leakage.
