Bottle blank wall thickness gauge

PET Bottle Preform Thickness Gauge. Used for measuring the thickness of PET bottle preforms. Its simple and reliable design, along with consistent measurement pressure, allows operators with little experience to accurately perform measurements. The thickness gauge consists of a measuring fixture and a digital caliper.

Measurement Range: 0-10mm Graduation: 0.001mm


Usage Instructions:

1--As shown, the base is properly installed.

2--Zero out the dial gauge—press the ZERO button.

3--Lift the dial indicator probe, slide the bottle into the probe, rotate it around, and read the small display value.
