GX-CLT-100 Aerosol Can Airtightness Bath Tester (Aerosol Can Leak Tester) is an essential instrument for aerosol can manufacturers, research institutions, and testing agencies; it detects leaks by placing the aerosol can in a water tank, inflating and pressurizing it. Bubbles will be observed if there is a leak. The measured pressure is approximately 0.8 to 1.0 Mpa. Up to 1-12 products can be tested simultaneously (optional).


Product Features


1 - Spray cans utilize a free-float method, unaffected by additional clamping force


2- Utilize a quick mechanical clamping mechanism for sample cans, clamping and unclamping the sample cans takes only 1 second.


3- Universal fixtures are not restricted by aerosol can diameter


4- Simply turn the control handle, and the pneumatic lifting mechanism quickly and automatically immerses and raises the spray can to the water surface.


5- The top, bottom, and side seams of the can are easy to inspect.


6- The sample can be freely rotated to observe product leakage.


7 - The sample can rotate freely under pressure to observe product leakage conditions.


8- Test 1-12 products simultaneously (optional)
