The working principle of the noodle machine is to extrude dough sheets by the relative rotation and compression of the roller, then the sheets are cut into strips by the cutting blade of the front head, forming noodles. The shape of the noodles depends on the specifications of the cutting blade. All models can be equipped with different cutting blades, so a single machine can produce various sizes of noodles by replacing the blades with different specifications.

The main parts are made of 45# forged steel gears, while the rolling rolls are crafted from 45# seamless steel tubes. After heat treatment, the hardness of the rolling rolls is increased, resulting in noodles that are smoother and more resilient.
