SYJ-300M Type Valve Pressure Tester

This machine comes in two models: manual and fully automatic. Specific operations are as follows:

(1) Manual Model

(1) Turn on the "low-pressure pump," fill with water. For testing small-bore specimens, no need to turn on the voltage pump. Open the blind flange ball valve. Close the blind flange valve and the low-pressure pump valve once the air is exhausted and water starts to flow.

(2) Upon activation of the "High Pressure Pump On," the pump will automatically shut off when the pressure reaches the set value. Close the high-pressure valve to observe the pressure maintenance.

(3) After pressure testing is completed, open the "Relief" valve to release pressure, and simultaneously open the top blind flange exhaust ball valve. The water pressure gauge returns to zero.

(4) Raise the blind plate on the "main oil cylinder loose" to release the cylinder pressure.

Note: The high-pressure water must be unloaded first; otherwise, the cylinder pressure cannot be released.

(II) Automatic Models

Press the Start button to sequentially and automatically execute manual model actions until completion. No human intervention is required during the process. After the test is complete, an audible and visual alarm will prompt for the next test.

Automated models can be configured with industrial control computers or industrial tablets according to user requirements to record the pressure-holding curves, test serial numbers, test personnel IDs, test dates, and test results for user inquiry and printing.

2. Compression Fit

Press the "Clamp Inward" and "Clamp Outward" buttons to adjust the clamp opening to fit the diameter of the test piece. Press the "Clamp Tighten" button until the workpiece is securely clamped at the appropriate pressure, and it can be stopped at any pressure or held until the automatic stop occurs. After stopping, the pressure is maintained automatically (a slight drop on the digital display is normal).

(One) Manual Model

(1) Open the test valve and fill with water using the "low-pressure pump" (no need for small bore valves, the high-pressure pump can be used directly). Once the water level exceeds the valve plate, shut off the low-pressure pump and the water intake valve, and simultaneously close the valve plate of the test valve.

(2) Activate the "boost pump." The high-pressure pump will automatically shut off when the pressure reaches the set value (also can be manually stopped by observing the pressure gauge). Close the high-pressure ball valve to observe the pressure holding and sealing conditions.

After pressure testing is completed, open the "bleed" valve to release pressure while also opening the exhaust ball valve.

(5) Press the "Press Claw Release" button to release the pressure in the press claw cylinder.

Note: Must unload first, otherwise the cylinder pressure cannot be released.

(II) Automatic Models

Press the Start button to sequentially and automatically execute manual model actions until completion, with no need for human intervention. After testing, an audio-visual alarm will prompt for the next test.

The automatic model can be configured with industrial computers or industrial tablets according to user requirements to record the pressure holding curves, test serial numbers, test personnel IDs, test dates, and test results for user inquiry and printing.

Note: When testing small diameter specimens, homemade fixtures or homemade clamps should be used. The clamps can be used in both orientations.
