WSJ3-150 Three-Station Horizontal Valve Pressure Tester, featuring a steel plate welded frame structure supporting the horizontal cylinder clamping force. Three clamping cylinders are arranged horizontally, sealed with blind plates at both ends to tightly press the workpiece. The base is made of profiled steel焊接 and also serves as a water tank for circulating the medium water. The inner wall of the tank is coated with a new material, heavy-duty corrosion-resistant ceramic paint, making the tank more resistant to corrosion. The equipment can simultaneously test three workpieces under pressure or can be used individually, suitable for strength and sealing tests of pump bodies, gate valves, flow valves, etc. It operates simply, quickly, and safely.

One, Important Matters

Cautionary Notes

Blind plates can be replaced according to product requirements.

2. Left blind flange center water inlet. Rod can be replaced as per product requirement.

3. Hydraulic System*High pressure 20MPa, initially fill oil above the oil level. After the system is fully filled with oil, top up to the oil level. Use 46# wear-resistant hydraulic oil, 80L (replace with winter hydraulic oil during winter).

4. High-pressure booster pump * 10 MPa pressure.

5. All valves are made of high-pressure stainless steel ball valves. The piping is constructed with stainless steel seamless tubes.

Safety Matters

1. The hydraulic station is a high-pressure system, pre-adjusted before shipment and should not be tampered with by non-professionals.

2. When pressure testing, refer to the "Pressure Reference Chart" to set the pressure according to the specimen requirements. Do not over-pressure to avoid damaging the specimen and causing safety accidents!

3. As required, users install safety protection devices themselves.

Four, drain the pipeline water when the equipment is not in use for an extended period.

Five, the equipment comes with a one-year warranty from the date of manufacture (excluding operator error).
