3GCL Magnetic Screw PumpThe core working mechanism is based on the dual synergy of "magnetic coupling transmission" and "screw meshing conveying." Inside the pump body, the active magnetic rotor is connected to the motor, while the passive magnetic rotor is integrated with the screw assembly. Both are transmitted without contact through a sealing sleeve. As the motor drives the active magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic force drives the passive magnetic rotor to rotate synchronously, thereby propelling the continuous movement of the enclosed cavity formed by the screw and sleeve, ensuring smooth axial fluid conveyance.

This design eliminates the traditional mechanical sealing's contact transmission structure, resolving the leakage issue at its source. Simultaneously, the screw's progressive conveying characteristics ensure the fluid's smooth flow, effectively reducing pulsation and noise.
