ZCQ Self-priming Magnetic PumpAn ideal combination of self-priming pumps and magnetic pumps, it features the functionality of a CQ-type magnetic drive pump while also incorporating self-priming capabilities, eliminating the need for a bottom valve and priming water. This pump replaces dynamic seals with static seals, keeping the pump's flow parts in a sealed state and solving the problems of leakage, overflow, and dripping that are unavoidable with mechanical seals in other pumps. The pump body and flow parts are made from corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, alumina ceramic, and filled with PTFE, offering excellent corrosion resistance and suitability for the transportation of liquids that are prone to leakage, flammable, explosive, volatile, harmful, organic solvents, and valuable liquids.

Operating Principle
The ZCQ self-priming magnetic pump features an external mixed axial return pump housing structure, composed of components such as the suction chamber, storage chamber, volute, return hole, and gas-liquid separator chamber. Once the pump is started, under the action of centrifugal force, the remaining liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the inlet pipeline are stirred into a gas-liquid mixture by the impeller. The mixture enters the volute and then the gas-liquid separator chamber. As the speed decreases, the gas and liquid separate, with air being discharged through the pump outlet and the liquid returning to the pump via the return hole. After multiple cycles, the air in the inlet pipeline is expelled, creating a vacuum inside the pump to achieve self-priming.
